Subscriptions
Subscriptions are only for clients who have discussed this with us first, and are invited to use this page to sign up.
Refund policy and Terms: What is being purchased is availability, so no refunds can be allowed. Services performed within that availability are non-refundable, since one cannot un-perform a service. While subscriptions can be canceled by you within your Paypal account (not by e-mail), partial months cannot be refunded. Hours are not cumulative and do not roll over into later months; hours may be used for services in the month in which they are billed. The subscription is for the availability of the web professional, but is not a guarantee of the exact times and dates of that availability. Services are limited to the normal services ordinarily provided by the web professional (modifying site pages, placing the site owner’s text, links and graphics, etc.) and may not include extraordinary services, or those which require highly specialized tools or conditions. Hours refer to flat-rate hours, meaning that a service that ordinarily will take 30minutes, is considered 30minutes, rather than timed and billed by an exact clock time. If these terms are in any way unacceptable, please do not subscribe. Subscribing constitutes agreement with and acceptance of the terms.
